Elite 80/20 Blend is a professional‑grade mix of 80% washed sand and 20% quality soil, formulated for turf underlay and topdressing applications.
This balanced blend provides the ideal combination of drainage, structure, and moisture retention for establishing and maintaining healthy, resilient lawns.

One tonne of topdressing material will cover approximately 60 square metres of grass at a thickness of 10 millimetres
Sold by the cubic metre. Available loose, in bulka bags, or by the bucket. Bulk loose delivery available 6 days a week.
