Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our returns and refunds policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery or pickup. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Please note that our products are bulk construction and landscaping materials (sand, soil, cement, etc.) and returns are very rare. For this reason, we encourage customers to carefully check their order before confirming delivery. Change of Mind & Incorrect Orders

We do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind or incorrect purchase once the product has been delivered or tipped off.

If you realise you have ordered the wrong product before our driver tips off, please contact us as soon as possible. We can arrange to swap the product, however an additional delivery charge will apply for the re-attendance.

Faulty, Damaged, or Not as Described

You are protected under the Australian Consumer Law. If your order is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. While issues are very rare, please notify us promptly so we can resolve them quickly.

Costs and Method

For approved faulty or incorrect items, Elite Group Sydney will cover reasonable return or redelivery costs. Returns are usually arranged by courier or truck, and we will provide clear instructions once your return request has been approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed promptly back to your original method of payment.
