What are your opening hours?

Monday to Friday 6:00am to 5:00pm, Saturday 6:00am to 12:00pm. Closed Sundays.

Where is the yard?

4 Harford Street, Jamisontown NSW 2750 (Penrith). You are welcome to come in, see the materials and load up during opening hours, or order online and have it delivered.

Do you deliver?

Yes, six days a week across Penrith and Greater Western Sydney. Delivery is calculated by postcode at checkout. See our Delivery Areas page for where we run, and for bulk volumes further afield we cart through our transport division, Elite Haulage, which runs Australia-wide.

Can I get it today?

In most cases, yes. Order today, deliver today applies six days a week for local deliveries, subject to truck availability. Order early in the day for the best chance.

How much material do I need?

Use our Material Calculator. Enter the area and depth and it gives you the volume, so you don’t over-order or run short.

How is delivery priced?

By postcode and load. Add your products to the cart and enter your postcode at checkout to see the delivery price before you pay.

Is what’s online actually in stock?

Yes. The online store is our live yard: what you see listed is what is physically stocked at Jamisontown. We don’t list products we can’t supply.

Are your materials tested?

Elite Group operates under an integrated management system certified to ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment) and ISO 45001 (Safety), and a number of our specialised blends are independently lab tested. Where a product is tested, its product page says so, and certificates are available on request.

Do you supply commercial and trade customers?

Yes. Builders, landscapers, councils and civil contractors buy from us daily. For ongoing supply, ask about a trade account on 1300 935 483. Some specialised sports and civil blends are quote-only: use Request a Quote or call.
